10. Health practices.


Health Practices



Today, I talk about some health practice. First, everybody known as health, good physical, mental, social and emotional and that Health care most often depend only follow some simple tips. Physical health has to do with our bodies, for that we must exercise it, care for our nutrition (eating foods derived from flour, legumes, vegetables, fruits, milk, two to three servings of meat a day, drink lots of water, etc.), keep it clean and away from the major toxins as possible and seek medical advice and treatment for the prevention of accidents and diseases that can be degraded the quality of our lives. One must exercise regularly to get and stay
physically healthy to be given proper functioning of our entire body. Mental and social health refers to the way we handle our daily lives and how we relate to others in different environments, for example, in the family, school, work. It also has to do with how we balance our feelings and values to meet the many demands of life. Emotional health is the responsible management of feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Emotionally healthy people control their feelings properly and feel good about yourself, have good personal relationships and have learned ways to cope with stress and problems of daily life. Finally, achieving a state of wellness, harmony and balance in these areas will give us the ability to function optimally as a human being and have the energy and vitality to be productive and successful in any area of our lives… Don´t forget to take care of your body, because it is the only place you have to live.!!!

  2. I agree with the exercise aspect because i love the sports I don´t understand why people don´t do any sport. It super health and make you beautiful
